Arguably one of the cutest and most wholesome accounts on the internet, @dog_rates is a Twitter account that… rates dogs. We know, shocker! All day every day, Twitter users send in hundreds of photos and captions of their adorable puppers to be judged and displayed for the entire world to see. This may sound harsh, but don't worry, the judges are super biased and lenient towards our favorite four-legged friends, so it's okay! Fellow dog owners know that every pupper is perfect in his special way, this is all in fun and games and no means a way to put anyone down. 

This account will have you gushing over charming snoots, paws, facial expressions, and fluffy little (or big) tails from cutest to smartest to everything in between.     Excuse me, sir, how dare you? I am a dog, sir… not a cashmere caterpillar. I am a real dog with real feelings, sir. You may have gotten it right with the aggressive part, but everything else was kinda false… I'd say I'm a 15/10, thank you very much.
